SALES POLICY SUMMARY

Blingh Couture requires payment or a deposit for custom-made and altered items at the time your order is placed. Deposits are non-refundable, remaining balances are due upon arrival, and all merchandise is final sale—no refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

RETURN POLICY

For hygiene and inventory-control reasons, all purchases are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, store credit, or transfers of deposits. All sales are final. If the gown balance has been delinquent for 30 days, if one payment in a payment plan has been missed, or if merchandise is left unclaimed in the boutique past the event date on your customer profile, the merchandise becomes property of Blingh Couture, and any deposits or payments are forfeited.
